The hotel location was excellent but the sevice to enter and exit the garage by the auto doors controlled by the front desk was a challenge every day as the staff seem to ignore the constant requests to open the garage or are to busy talking amongst themselves. The shower alcove has a very small opening to enter 36 cm and is tiny once inside making it difficult to have a shower. The staff where all pleasant enough.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte al costo di 120 euro, aspettandomi un livello adeguato a un hotel 4 stelle. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. La camera presentava diversi problemi: il letto era scomodo, con molle evidenti e rumorose; la rubinetteria del bagno era sporca e visibilmente incrostata; le pareti mostravano segni evidenti di scrostamento, trasmettendo una sensazione generale di trascuratezza. Anche la colazione è stata deludente: offerta molto limitata e di bassa qualità, senza alcuna assistenza da parte del personale, completamente assente durante tutto il servizio. Peccato, perché con un po’ più di cura e attenzione alla manutenzione e all’ospitalità, il soggiorno avrebbe potuto essere almeno dignitoso. Così com’è, non giustifica affatto il prezzo né la classificazione a 4 stelle.

Sono stato ospite di questa struttura per una notte e il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo dal check-in fino al check-out. La struttura è accanto all'arco di Traiano, quindi a due passi dal corso e dal centro dove trovare risotranti e negozi. Leggendo le recensioni ho visto qualche lamentela sulle camere, forse sono stato fortunato ma la mia camera era perfetta. La camera era una camera superior, molto ampia, situata nella parte nuova dell'Hotel. Camera ristrutturata, spaziosa e luminosa con WiFi, varie prese di corrente, bel televisore 55". La prima colazione non è molto ricca, ma è giusta. Per comodità ho prenotato anche il posto macchina interno.

Buona posizione, centrale…ingresso che ingenera molte aspettative…poi in camera le aspettative si infrangono davanti alla durissima realtà…camera vecchissima…bagno diviso dalla camera da una PORTA A SOFFIETTO Anni ‘60…TV che nn funzionava…areazione rumorosa…arrivo a fare colazione alle 8…chiedo se ci sono ancora le ricottine…la cameriera mi risponde “sono finte…è arrivata troppo tardi” (ALLE 8 DEL MATTINO?!!)…è una struttura che in potenza avrebbe anche delle potenzialità…ma si è fermata a 30 anni fa…

Good place to stay overall
Comfortable, large room and bath. Very good location. Lovely and attentive staff. Some drawbacks - shower was a bit difficult to use, electricity to TV did not work, breakfast was expensive.
